I really like their salads here. Not generic tasting, great quality. A little on the pricey side, but I think it's worth it sometimes.

Food turned cold. Not really surprising as it was transported 5 blocks in just a brown paper bag. Burger was raw in the middle. Had no tomato or lettuce. Overall very poor will not try again.

Food was absolutely delicious. I've eaten in person at Eatery several times, and the delivery is just as good as the dine-in experience. Unlike some of the vendors on seamless, they are HONEST about the delivery time frame. My food arrived within 30 minutes, and that included the mac-n-cheese with bacon/chicken that has to be baked. Excellent food, high prices, but in this case you get what you pay for. A+ from me.

The free-range chicken paillard is exceptional! Order it. The vegetables that come with it are also great. (This isn't a heavy meal so get a side of something if you are really hungry).

the salad dressing is AMAZING and the meat is very flavorful, but there isn't too much of it, unlike most American dishes, so you feel really healthy eating all those vegetables.

Poor Quality Overall. I ordered and have eaten at Eatery before usually picking the Asian Chicken Salad. I ordered it today and it was pretty much inedible. Other items on their menu are hit or miss including their tahitian vanilla cake. I'd advise to stay away - there are much better places out there.

No stars- Manager is RUDE! They never delivered my order and claim they called. There are no messages on phone. Do not order. They mess up 9 out of 10 times on your delivery!

I agree that the food is hit or miss. I had the sauteed spinach twice and it has a very gritty taste as if it had not been cleaned properly.

Sort of hit or miss. Asked for medium rare steak and got shoe leather. If you're going to the trouble of asking, shouldn't you cook it right?

The food quality at Eatery is second to none. Delivery time is reasonable and I have put in several large corporate orders with them with no mix ups or problems. People I know who have had mistakes in their orders have had the problems rectified quickly and are very satisfied with the results.

Just ordered a side of spinach and the Tahitian vanilla cheesecake. Spinach was great but a little on the soggy side. Cheesecake was amazing and paired well with my wine ;)

I always enjoy eating at the restaurant, especially for brunch. But the take out/ delivery, not so much. Yuck,, everything came cold, soggy, and flavorless.

This place is usually always good, but I just ordered the santa fe sweet potato pancake, and it came without ANY sweet potato pancakes. Just egg whites and guacamole. -_-

Our order: Mediterranean entrée salad & Summer salad. The Mediterranean entrée salad came with 3 olives and the smallest portion of chicken I've ever seen. Sorry, Eatery - 3 ovlies are not enough for a "Mediterranean" salad. The Summer salad is essentially a pile of frisee, two small slices of pear and a few hunks of semi-melted brie. Where was the Bibb lettuce? Again, a disappointing “entrée” salad. What a waste of money!

I ordered a $14.95 dinner salad that was supposed to come with grilled chicken, but instead was delivered as only a large box of lettuce with onion, cucumbers, feta cheese and black olives. I immediately called and was told they would send over the grilled chicken right away. An hour later it is not here.

Salmon was raw and cold on the inside. I could not even eat it, threw it in the hotel trash. Butter Milk Mashed potatoes were ok, but tasted odd, slightly bitter.

Eatery has really great tasting food, but it is on the pricey side. The desserts are delicious, particularly the Apple Tart. When we had ordered, they forgot the ice cream and when I called, they said they would correct the error. They sent twice as much. Great service and food

Basically, I liked every dish I tried so far: Meatload, Risotto, Chicken Paillard and Yellowfin Tuna and desserts. Delivery is usually very quick. This place is actually highly rated by many people.

Great food, tasty and relatively healthy (at least some choices). Delivery is fast and containers are nicer than most. Not a big fan of the transparent name change though to get on top of SeamlessWeb and prices could be a bit lower.
I am obsessed with the organic chicken soup. It is perfect for when you're feeling sick. Don't forget to order a side of sweet potato fries.. just because.

The chicken soup was extremely basic. I ordered it up thinking it was going to be savory or at least hearty, not. It tasted the same as canned soup at twice the price.

The Tahitian Vanilla Bean Cheesecake was literally like a Sara Lee frozen cheesecake from the freezer section, only I paid much more. Not what I expected. Perhaps this is something to be served only to those dining-in and presentation can disguise part of the problem, if they're just taking a few bites after a good meal. I won't be ordereding from Eatery again.

Macaroni and cheese was mediocre at best and it arrived cold with soggy frizzled onions. Obviously they didn't cook the roux long enough because it had a floury taste. Definately not worth the money.

I just had their Vietanmese Pork Sandwich with a side of salad. BEST sandwich I have had in a loooong time. Highly recommend it! Also, I opted for a side baby green salad. So fresh! The dressing that came with it -DELICIOUS!

Food is great, and they have excellent service. I mistakenly ordered a rare steak instead of medium, and they happily delivered a new order for me within 20 minutes. These guys really know how to treat their customers well. And their food is delicious. That's why I keep coming back.

Huge portions and good food. I love the House-Made Ravioli and Grilled Asian Chicken Salad. But while delivery estimate was 15-30 min, it took well over 45 minutes for lunch on a weekday. When I called the restaurant to check, and the hostess couldn't locate my order. Would order from them again, but not when I'm starving...

Stick with the Mac & Cheese which is fantastic. The Eatery Quesadilla tasted burned from the inside out and the grilled chicken paillard was surrounded by barely cooked potatoes and asparagus.

We order from Eatery (and eat at their restaurant) often. Food is always good, sometimes they do not read the instructions for food. Today, we got mustard on the chicken sandwich even though we asked for no dressings. Their chicken soup is awesome.

Their sirloin burger is very tasty, perfectly cooked, with a generous portion of thick pickle slices. It is a bit better than the sirloin burger at their other restaurant up the block, Whym. The grilled Asian chicken salad is also a good choice. Delivery is fast, food is hot.

I looooove Eatery's sirloin burgers...One of the best burgers in the city. The rest of their menu items are also as deliciously comforting (but best when had at the restaurant.) Eatery is one of my favorite Hell's Kitchen restaurants for eat-in or take-out.

Ordered the Dijon Chicken sandwich and the ceaser salad -- they were both outstanding. The potato crisps really put the meal over the edge, not very greasy but crispy nonetheless. very enjoyable, highly recommend.

Good restaurant to go in person, but DONT order delivery. They got my order wrong, put me on hold for 10 mins, resent another order that was ALSO WRONG and left out items. I may go there in person, but will NEVER order delivery again.

Food was delicious and delivery was quick. My only problem was that there was red pepper flakes all over my chicken ravioli. I hate red pepper flakes, so I had to scrape off as much as I could. I don't like spicy hot stuff and the flakes were too tiny to completely remove. Next time, I will make a note on my order and I'm sure it will be better. The Asian Chicken salad my boyfriend ordered was different than expected. It had a ginger dressing that was actually white and creamy and hardly tasted like ginger. It also had a Thai Chili dressing that was spicy red with hot pepper chunks. He said it was ok, besides the fact that he hates cream based dressing/sauces. He felt like this was an unsuccessful variation. The addition of Mandarin oranges, sesame, & the typical ginger dressing would have made it great. It was also missing the Jicama.

Eatery's food is always good, but if you are thinking of ordering from them for a delivery around 5pm, know that it will not be on time. They close between 4-5pm. I called in to ask a question before placing my order, specifying that it would be for delivery at 5:15. I am surprised that the gentleman who answered my question, or anyone who saw the delivery time on our order didn't let us know that they would not be able to deliver at 5:15. In the past if there has been a question with an order, the restaurant has called to question or confirm things. Also we clicked every "Do not send utensils" button on the site, and still received enough cutlery to open a dinner.
